Hello community,

I am planning to brew a 1 gallon All-Grain batch of a pumpkin spice ale. I am basically looking for recommendation, adjustment, and last but not least your seal of approval.

Here is the list:
1.5 lbs 2 row
0.5 lbs Cara Red Malt
.25 lbs Munich III
------
15 oz pumpkin puree
0.75 tsp pumpkin pie spice
------
0.2 oz Fuggle, AA is around 4.3 *leftover from previous batch
------
yeast Safale T-58
------
OG should be pretty close around 1.060

Sorry if my English isn't perfect, it is my secondary language. I apologize if I forgot to write something else worth (no pun) mentioning in the thread.

Cheers,

The only thing that jumps out at me is the amount of pumpkin pie spice. A little spice goes a long way, and I used 2 tsp total of spices in my last 5 gal batch, I would think .75 tsp in 1 gallon would be a little much? Just a thought though. If its too much, or too little, it's only a gallon and you can try again.

Thanks for the feedback tmm786.

I agree if you dropped 2tsp in yours I am definitively overdosing mine, I will let the world know how it went:p
