Style: American Wheat or Rye Beer

Batch size: 5.0 gal

Boil volume: 6.0 gal

OG: 1.055

FG: 1.014

Bitterness (IBU): 14.2

Color (SRM): 5.2

ABV: 5.4%



Grain/Sugars:



6.50 lb Two-row (British), 62.5%

3.50 lb Wheat (US), 33.7%

0.40 lb Munich (US), 3.8%



Hops:



0.75 oz Hallertauer (AA 3.2%, Pellet) 60 min, 8.6 IBU

0.50 oz Willamette (AA 4.5%, Pellet) 25 min, 5.6 IBU



Yeast/Misc:



WLP005, 1.0 unit(s), Yeast

Yeast Nutrient, 0.5 unit(s), Other , boil 25 min

Batch Notes:



Blueberry was really good after 2 weeks in the bottle
Not as clear as sea dog and darker in color.

Would you brew this again? I'm looking for a good blueberry wheat beer. Cheers
 
I only brewed it the one time. It was good. Not exactly one of those brews you have to make again and again. I poured it into glasses with a few frozen blueberries
