I am set to brew in the next week, and I am planning on doing a scottish strong ale, as I want something that could be good for the colder months upcoming, as well as something I could cellar away for a year or two and see what happens to it.
Also, this is for a 4lb batch

Vienna-1.5lb
Crystal 120- .6lb
Crystal 60- .5
Roasted Barley- .15
LDE- 6.5lb
Biscuit Malt- .25 lb

1oz of EKG@60 min
.5oz Willamette@30

Using Beertools Pro-
OG-1.094
TG-1.024
Color- 23.93
ABV- 9.37
32.3 IBU's

I know this is on the hoppier side of a traditional scottish ale, but I figured with the grain build and the high abv, plus the idea of cellaring it away, it wouldn't detract from the beer.
Also, in terms of good yeasts to use for a Scottish styled-ale, what are the best? I have always had good interactions with whitelabs, do they have a scotch ale yeast?

Thanks in advance for the help!
