Hi all,
Has anyone attempted to brew the "wee twinkling winkie", randy mosher's recipe for the long-gone Scottish Sparkling ale style found in radical brewing? Seems to be a stronger (og 1.075-1.084) sparkling ale with sour malt to bring in a lactic acid taste that would traditionally have been present.
I'm aiming to brew one tomorrow (short notice, but I re-read that part and decided I had to make one), and I was wondering if anyone more experienced than I had some sage advice on brewing it or even better, some tasting notes
Cheers!
