Scotch Ale

Hey everyone,

I am attempting to formulate a scotch ale recipe for the first time. I just wanted to get some feed back on the grain bill I am tinkering with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My grains are as follows:

11.5 # of 2 row
1 # of crystal 60
.5 # of peat smoked malt
.5 #of crystal 120
.25 # of Carafoam
.25 # of Biscuit

Why don't you share your hop bill with everyone as well? And what have I told you about using so much crystal in your recipes?
