Hops. My feeling is buy what you can now when it's available, rather than gamble and hope when you need them they are. Supplies are dwindling and prices are ridiculous.

KEGS if you don't have them now is the time to make the jump.
Or maybe you want to go all grain?
How about a wort chiller. They are fantastic time savers.

Hmmm...first of all, congratulations. Second, you suck.

Third, if I were you (and boy, do I ever wish I was), I'd buy a couple more carboys, a wort chiller, and more bottles (and I'd save some of the $$ for ingredients as needed). Basically, I'd be setting myself up to do more brews more frequently.

Kegging equipment would be a close second, but experience shows that it's easier to gradually build up one's brewing setup without attracting the ire of the wife...were I to buy a kegging setup, my better half might just put a halt on my little enterprise. And I wouldn't want that.

If it was me, I would get the kegs. I would tell my wife I won the kegs instead of saying I won $250.00 in store credit or gift cards.

I'm going to have to agree with the others... kegging supplies. I got the kegs, just need the rest. That's what I'd do.
