About 6 months ago I brewed a Schneider Weiss clone with the following recipe:

8oz Munich
3oz Caramunich
2oz Acid
6# Wheat DME
1oz Tetnang
Wyeast Bavarian Wheat 3056

It turned out incredible and tasting very close to the real thing.

Recently had a few pumpkin wheat beers that I really enjoyed, so why not take the already successful recipe and make it pumpkin?

I plan to add:

AHS Pumpkin Spice Pack - flameout
~ 40oz Canned Pumpkin - steep with grains
1 Cup brown sugar - 05 min.

I made the AHS Pumpkin Ale with 40oz canned pumpkin and it was pretty good. I think the addition of brown sugar will make it a bit better.

Thoughts?
