Scale down an AG brew

I live in an apartment building so I'm not able to use such things as turkey burners and 5 gallon boil packages. I am stuck to my (tiny)kitchen to produce my brews. Is there a way to scale down the AG brew process so I can start making my own recipes?

i'm in the same type of situation as you, and i've been using a variation of this method for a.g. 2 1/2 gallon batches.

the 70% efficiency is usually dead on for me.
