Tasting Notes
.
How about an alternative to all those West Coast IPA's? This is a very interesting IPA: a Teutonic riff made with all hops descended from Tettnang.

A little spicy (from the hops and the rye), with a bright, complex, slightly earthy/grassy hop flavor. Nice malt backbone. I will bump up IBUs to 50 next time to give it a little more punch, but this is a really nice ale.
