Saving yeast

I sorta followed these (http://cruisenews.net/brewing/kegging/page2.php) instructions from memory, but instead of filling the bottles only halfway, I filled them nearly full. Will this be a problem? I don't expect to keep them for much more than a week.

You only think you filled them full. Once they sit in the fridge overnight, the yeast will settle down to about 1/2 there original volume.

And no...no problems...

I think that washing and letting the trub settle out in an intermediate jar will give you cleaner yeast in the end.
