The phone rang early this morning, and when I answered it no one was there. I sat down in my chair with my fermenting buckets behind me. Suddenly I heard wet sounding gurgling. I turned around and the lid on the dogfish head clone was bulged out and shooting foam out the airlock. I yanked the airlock and it went WHOOSH ... Put a blowoff tube in and the water in the bottle looks like it is boiling.
