Sanyo 4912 Thermostat Override

Folks, I'm thinking about replacing the thermostat on my Sanyo so I can dial in temp a little better.
At the surface I thought I could use a standard house digital thermostat and somehow wire that in.
Can this be done ?

More than likely yes. There have been some threads and internet info on using home T-stats in fermentation and beer serving situations and usually those fridges are easy to unplug or splice out the existing T-stats.

ok that's what I'm thinking. Just weird that I couldn't find anyone that tried it on this forum, it would seem like a good mod. I'll give it shot and post my results.
