Sanitizing Kombucha Glass Jar or Stainless Vessel

Hi everyone,

I wanna ask , i just saw, there is sanitizer called HOCL or hypochlorous acid , it safe if swallowed and also kill bacteria.

Can i use it in my glass jar before brewing kombucha? Substitude for star san.
