Do any of you sanitize your wine press before pressing and if so what is the best way?

I just b picked up an old Red Cross press and a grinder and power washed both. Now I need to sanitize and am looking for assistance.

No need. Wine is generally made with potassium metabisulfite...there is no need for sanitation as there would be in beer making.

Cleaning, if it's dirty, can be done with sodium percarbonate and hot water. Just rinse well afterward.
