Sanitizer ?????

I ran out of StarSan and i plain on brewing tomorrow. Where i work they have ecolab oasis multi-quat Sanitizer for dishes . Will i be able to use this for brewing. Never used it before that why i am asking

No idea, Dude. You can also dilute household bleach, if you've got some of that around.

I have used bleach before i heard its not the best thing to use for brewing. I saw this ecolab stuff at work and thought this may work better.

Yes, quats are excellent sanitizers.

Just be sure to follow the "no rinse" instructions on the bottle.

I use bleach to sanitize all my equipment except for my kegs (I use iodophor for them), and I've never had a problem.

Bleach works, but it's painful to use; boiling up rinse water sucks. Quats are more effective than bleach against gram-positive bacteria, too.

There beer has no complaints...I have not complaints.

You might consider going to the pharmacy and getting some iodine.
