I picked some concentrated sanitizer from the pizza shop down the street(buddy works there). I'm wondering if my solution is too strong, will it start killing off my yeast and screw up my beer? I try to keep it around 200-250ppm but using the strips to test it isn't very accurate. I would love to keep using the stuff since it's free and you don't need much to get a gal made, so if anyone has any insight on best mixture and whether to be super cautious, that would be awesome

I would think it greatly depends on what the sanitizer is... post up a name/ingredient/picture of it and someone can likely chime in with advice.

Free is a great deal, but personally I like the comfort of using Starsan because I know tons of other homebrewers use it with no issues.
It's also pretty friendly on the wallet, at least in my area. A 16oz bottle is like CAD$15 at the LHBS and I only use 1/8oz each time.
