Hey everyone. Last week I got to visit Texas for the first time and decided to check out the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner. It was a mediocre tour at best, as the tour guide seemed to be quite "scripted" if you will. As we were looking onto the bottling/canning lines through some windows, I noticed the inside of the window sills (in the room with the lines) was covered in mold, dust, etc. Looking around more, I started noticing it throughout the room, not just on the windows. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a HUGE sanitation and/or health violation? I feel like its just a matter of time before those bottles and cans of Shiner start getting infected. I think they're beer isn't that great to me, but I'm posting this as a matter of principle. What do you all think?
