So I don't know if anyone else is like me but I hate opening a bottle of home brew as a "tester". I feel like I'm wasting a bottle if it's not quite done yet. Last year I came across single serving Brute Champaigne bottels at my local supermarket. I had a lightbulb moment and picked one up. They work great as a tester and I don't feel like I'm wasting a beer.
