I'm new to brewing. I've brewed a pale ale which came out great, and a porter, which is fermenting at the moment. I'm looking to brew a new beer and looking for suggestions.

I was thinking either Sam Smith Nut Brown Ale clone from AHS or a wheat beer.

My first question is, how is AHS's Sam Smith Nut Brown Ale clone? I was going to do a fat tire, but i don't want to wait on the beer to settle for a couple months, as required. Does the nut brown ale have to settle like fat tire?

Wheat Beer. I haven't began on messing with wheat beer yet, so i was wondering if i treat this like a typical ale, or do i have to lager the beer. Also, what are some great wheat beer recipe's. I'm looking to place my order for whatever i choose this morning, so your suggestions would be helpful.
