Yes I know...everybody is saying not another one. LOL!! But I'm fixing to order the AHS clone and was wondering instead of using the lemon zest could I just use a dram of the Lemon oil flavoring they sell? Any help would be appreciated....

I don't see what it would hurt, as long as you don't overdo it.
I've used lemon zest and Cascade hops together - probably won't do that again, by the way, but the wife had a lemon lying around the kitchen, so I just got a bug on my tail and used it. My beer carbed up great, just didn't get the small, persistent foam I was looking for, so I'm looking at reducing my extra ingredients to see if that will help.
