I owe someone a batch of homebrew and they requested something similar to Sam Adams Sparking Ale...anyone have an all-grain recipe for this or something better? The SA website lists 2-row and acidulated malt, 3 noble hops (Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Tettnang Tettnanger, and Spalt Spalter), and SA ale yeast.
