I'm looking to make a pilsner very similar to the sam adams noble pils that was just released this spring. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions on building a recipie similar to this one?

TIA,
Ken

If you look at the bottom of the page under "similar threads" the first one is a good read.

AHS has a Noble Pils kit now. I haven't tried it, but all of other their kits I've tried have been great.

It is mainly 100% German Pils grain and the 5 Noble hops:) Not as good as the store bought but thats how the kit comes from AHS
