Looking for something to get me close to the SA Cherry Wheat beer from all grain. Can anyone get me close? I've heard it next to impossible!

I'd like to see one too. My wife loves this beer. Pretty much the only one she likes. Any suggestions would much appreciated.

Try this (5 gallon):

5.00lbs White Wheat Malt
3.50lbs American Two-row Pale
0.50lbs Flaked Wheat

0.75oz Hallertau 3.4% AA @ 60
US-05 Yeast

Add 2oz Cherry Extract @ kegging/bottling

OG 1.051
FG 1.013
IBU 10
SRM 3
ABV 4.9

:mug:

Don't forget to add the cough syrup.

Well, that's what it tastes like. My wife also loves the stuff, and I promised (sort of) to do a cherry wheat in the next batch. I wouldn't mind toning it down a bit though.
