[Longwave]

Long time lurker, and about to brew up my third batch this coming weekend so I figured it was time I'd officially join. First batch was the Sam Adams kit from beer-wine.com which turned out pretty delicious... and then my second one which I tried to improvise a bit with some different hops etc, didn't fare too well. Certainly drinkable but, not to my satisfaction.

So I decided I'm going to try to keep up with the recipe deal for a few more before I start branching out. Just got a Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone so, lookin forward to that!

And hopefully I'll be able to solve my lack of solid carbonation with this one, too hahah. Cheers!
