i just kegged a batch of oat meal stout. sorry no recipe on me right now. only problem is it is a little salty tasting. i use bottled spring water so that shouldnt be the problem. got any ideas?
 
What kind of oats did you use?

Describe your brewing process, something might stand out.

I bottled a batch of RIS about a month or so ago and I thought it tasted "salty" too at bottling, I think its just that your beer has not conditioned yet. After a few weeks in the bottle it tasted pretty damn good. No more salt taste.
