12# Belgian pilsner
.5 ounce simcoe first wort
.5 15 min
.5 10 min
.5 2 min
1 ounce in the keg dry hop.
Wyeast 3711
Thoughts?
 
It's for a smash comp.

I'm thinking of switching out the simcoe for citra.
 
I bet either one would be awesome - really cool idea. As I type I'm drinking a saison that's 2-row/vienna + cascade/amarillo with a similar schedule. Not A SMaSH I know but really tasty. Love the new american IPA hops (for lack of a better term) in a saison.

Go with citra, and consider white labs 644, it's a brett yeast good for 100% brett fermentations. It has a nice subtle tropical ester profile, and a slight acetic tartness.
 
Simcoe is one of my favorite hops.

I also love Citra hops too, prob right next to Simcoe.

Tough call.
