Safe ale S-04 life

Hey had a quick question to the group.

I just finished fermenting a Vanilla Caramel Cream ale with some S-04. In about a months time I have planned to brew a Double Black IPA. Can I keep the yeast cake health till then with fresh fermented beer atop of the cake?

No, the cake won't be any good then. Wash your yeast as detailed in the sticky and save it to make a starter with for your next batch.
