Is trub or yeast? Its been chilling about 2 days now.

Came right out of the primary and it looks like trub but I dont know. :confused:
 
Two days is not enough, let it sit in a fridge for a week or two. You should be able to clearly see the layers of beer/yeast/trub in the jar by that time.
 
I used the yeast washing methodology found in the sticky. I cooled boiled water on the trub and gave it a good swirl. Then, after 20 minutes I poured it out into a bigger glass jar, waited 20 mins then poured it again. So the yeast is the whiter part of the settled material? I think I can better see it in an older sample.
 
Here is an old yeast jar i had in the back of the fridge.
Was in a hurry one day and didnt have time to wash correctly...but it makes a good picture
