That I am, just Jumping. Not knowing! Could be the supplier like above posted. Either way, it's hard to find on-line in the USA. I've been Googling it and that's one of the sites I found.
Fermentis has 10 factories in different countries. Who knows where it's made? It's possible it could be made in more than one factory. The only way I've ever seen this is in the .5kg sachets. Some stores have periodically split them into smaller packages and sold them individually, but that doesn't seem to happen too often.
