Was just thinking about this beer as I have brewed a lot of light bodied beers over the last few months but would like to brew something a bit more malty.
It’s been a few years but if I remember correctly this was a really nice malt bill I just subbed Honey Malt with melanoidin but might try Abbey malt this time.
I would also like to try changing the hops, anyone brew this with different hops?
