A little more information... The thermometers are in the white boxes. Perfect clear wort every time! Accurate within 1/10 of a degree. The system has the brewer use propane until close to the temp goal, then tells you to cut the gas and the computer controlled electric heat exchanger takes over. This greatly reduces the brew time.

The Chill Wizard is an inline professional plate chiller, so no need to worry about cleaning hops and gunk off an immersion chiller. Plate chillers are the best for quick chilling and to clean, flush with boiling water. The Chill Wizard has a port to hook up oxygen to the chilling wort to ensure a faster and healthier fermentation. Two of the Sankey Kegs are set up for primary and secondary fermentation and two are set up for finishing and serving. The system allows all cooled wort and beer handling in line so it is completely sanitary with no exposure to bacteria.
