About 78 IBU. What do you think of that ?

Columbus 1.0 oz 60 min Boil Pellet 15.0%
Chinook 0.75 oz 30 min Boil Pellet 13.0%
Chinook 0.25 oz 10 min Boil Pellet 13.0%
Amarillo 0.5 oz 10 min Boil Pellet 9.5%
Amarillo 1.5 oz 7 days Dry Pellet 9.5%

I think it's sort of low on late hops (.25 oz is a "why bother?" amount to me) and heavy on the early bittering hops at 60 and 30 minutes.

I'd change it up, depending on the grainbill to a more evenly spaced hopping schedule.

Like this:
1 oz 60 minutes (to 40 IBUs or so with this addition)
1 oz 15 minutes
1 oz 5 minutes
1 oz flame out
1-2 oz dryhop

I agree with Yoop. Also. IMO, Simcoe is an awesome dry hop in rye beers. Just a suggestion.

I like Simcoe a lot, but I don't have any on hands now so maybe next time.

My revised order of play :

Columbus 1 oz 60 minutes
Chinook 1 oz 15 minutes
Chinook 1 oz 5 minutes
Amarillo 1 oz flame out
Amarillo 1-2 oz dryhop

Looks like a good schedule for me.

Do you think I should add Chinook at flameout too?
