Working on a recipe for a Rye wine. Haven't done a lot of recipe design so any input would be appreciated. Put this together using beersmith. Thanks


Rye wine

Batch size 6.0 gals
Estimated OG 1.119
Estimated Fg 1.020
Estimated IBU's 51.3
Estimated ABV 13.3%

14 lbs 2 row
5 lbs 4oz rye malt
4 lbs Munich malt
3 lbs Caramunich malt
1.5 lbs Beet sugar
1 lb rice hulls

.75oz Nugget Hops 60 minutes
1.0oz Saaz Hops 10 minutes
3.0oz Spalter Hops 60 minutes

Safale 05 w/starter

20 min beta-glucanase rest at 110F
Decoction mash 60 min @ 153F
 
Sorry for the late reply. I brewed this as a 1 gallon test batch and it was God awful.
