This recipe is straight out of Charlies book. I used his Cry Havoc yeast. This is one of the best beers I have ever made or tasted.

Did you lager it? I don't have the setup for that yet but this sounds good and I would love to rye it!

No, I fermented at Ale temps, I seem to recall 66-68° for 10 days and keg. Sampled as soon as it carbonated and it was great. Again after two weeks and it was awesome.

I am doing the lager version next and will post the results on this thread end of march or beginning of April.
