Consecration is better IMO. A little bigger. Supplication was fantastic, tho. Drank them from the source. Man I need to get back there.

It's really splitting hairs between the two. I love Supplication, it's right up there with Cantillon Lou Pepe, Lost Abbey Framboise de Amorosa, and some of the other great sours for me.

I thought it was a nice video. They did a good job explaining the quality and complexity without sounding snobby. That can sometimes be difficult.
