Anyone know the grain bill for the Bruery Rugbrod? This is a favorite of mine and I'm itching to make something with a similar grain bill. Their labeling just says "three types of rye malt... bready, nutty barley malts and a hint of roast."

They probably use regular rye malt, crystal rye, and cholate rye. I enjoyed it, one of the bigger "rye" characters I've tasted (maybe 30% rye malt?). Chocolate rye is dehusked like carafa special, so it will add a smooth roast. Good luck.

Here's a shot in the dark. Any opinions about proportions or if it's missing anything? What kind of yeast would help showcase the bready aspects of the rye?
