I bought this sensor thinking I could rewire it to a regular bbq grill temp display. It doesn't work. I'm guessing it's a different type of probe and they require a different type of display. Anyone know what display I can hook these up to. I just need readout, I don't need temp control or relay functions.

Anything with the accuracy to read an RTD (thousandths of ohms per degree accuracy) is going to be pricey, you can use this from AUBER:

Or this cheap PID and just use it as a display:

The units I linked above do read temps from pt100 rtd probes very well... No need for pricey, even your cheapest pids read rtds fine. I used one along with an ssvr and pot knob to control temps on a build.
