I am brewing up a big breakfast stout this weekend that calls for 2 oz of cacao nibs. Unfortunately my LHBS was out all together and all I was able to find at Whole Foods was Roasted Cacao Nibs as they were out of regular Cacao Nibs on the baking aisle.
I plan on checking with another LHBS tomorrow and maybe Publix (anyone know if Publix normally carries nibs?). If those options don't pan out, what might I expect out of the Roasted Nibs? Should I adjust the weight as I expect the roasted nibs to have been dried out a bit?
