RIS recipe, need help

Does anyone have a really good RIS recipe? Something you've made and is actually good. It could be your own or a clone, doesn't matter. As a point of reference, i really like old rasputin.......altho, i'm sure whatever i make will not be as good.

At the very least we need to know all-grain, partial mash or extract? Did you look through the Stout recipe section yet?
