been thinking about rims and this seems a easy way (since I'm cheap and lazy)

thats cheap? build your own, it will work for what you need. even with the PID, SSR, thermocouple, and fittings, you'll still be cheaper. Some of these dont get to the correct temps and a lot do not offer the control needed for mashing. If you decide to bite the bullet and buy one, I'd like to hear your results.
