I am brewing a beer that calls for half a pound of flaked rice. The local hombrew store only had rice solids. I am sure that the solids are much more concentrated than what I would get from the flakes. Can anyone tell me how to convert the solids to the flakes to keep the og the same?

Thanks

You can directly sub Minute Rice found at the supermarket for flaked rice. One pound to one pound.

Rice extract to flaked rice would be something like 10.5oz extract to 1lb flaked rice.
