Howdy fellow brewer !
I'm fairly new to mead making and just joined this site (which has been of great help reading other threads for my prior meads). I have my sights set on a rhodomel and have a few questions from you season brewers.
1. What type of rose petal is best? (After reading other threads I decided against rose hips)
2. Do you recommend steeping into a tea before primary, or racking over petals into secondary?
3. Which type of honey tends to flavor well with the rose petals?
4. How long does ageing usually take for a rhodomel?
