Rhizome help

I have 14 rhizomes that are sitting in my fridge...
I found 2 with some mold on them.. I cant plant them for 2 more weeks yet... Anything I can do? If the paper towl is dry should I get them all damp agian?

Just wipe the mold off, if there's no wood rot then they'll be fine. It happens a lot with hops in the fridge.

I've pruned rhizomes with some success before planting them. If there's any rot you can cut it away and they'll still grow as long as there are still eyes on the rhizomes.
