I get out to Chicago once in a while, and usually try to hit up Revolution for dinner and a growler while I'm there. One beer I keep coming back to is their Iron Fist pale ale. It's got a good, refreshing, up-front hoppy character without being out-of-balance or getting that slightly syrupy quality that IPAs can sometimes have.
Unfortunately, Iron Fist is not one of the beers they can for distribution. So I figure I can continue getting my fix one growler at a time, or save my tires the trip from Cleveland and make it myself.
Their website doesn't have much info. There's a dry-hopping bill: cascade, centennial, chinook, and amarillo. Not much else.
Anybody have any ideas for a malt bill or kettle additions on this? Maybe somebody with some insider info or at the very least a steady supply can give me an idea where to start.
