So I am just finishing up a batch of Carmel Apple Cider where I used S 04 yeast. I am planning a India Red Ale or milk chocolate stout next. If I do the stout I want to do a split batch fermenting half with S 04 and half US 05 to see the difference. Is there any reason not to repitch the S 04 from the cider?
