Is it bad to remove your airlock during secondary fermentation for a couple minutes?

I am doing my second batch while that one is still fermenting and was going to swap airlocks...but then changed my mind, but I had already removed it from the secondary fermenting batch.

Full circle, back to my original question...is it bad to remove an airlock during secondary for a couple minutes?

Nope. The venting CO2, which is denser than air, stays covering the beer's surface within the bucket.
You can open it, remove a lid, swap airlocks, remove one... It's probably a good precaution to always sanitize anything you touch every time a seal is broken. The chances are pretty low something bad will happen, but the possibility exists for contamination.

or you could leave it alone... thats easiest. :)
