I'm going to brew AHS's Partial Mash Budget Stout Kit tommorrow-
Grains:
1.5lbs 2 row
.25lb Black Patent
.25lb Chocolate Malt
.25lb Crystal 40L
.25lb Black Roasted
and
5lb Dark Extract,

I also bought a lb of each:

Coffee Malt and Special B.

My question: By adding the Coffee and Special B (I figure .25lb of each) will this affect the OG too bad? Should I not use some of the Extract? Or should I just brew away and get what I get? This is my 4th brewday, and any help would be great! Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays! :mug:

I think the coffee and special B will be lost amongst the rest of the dark grains (and dark extract :p) in the recipe. I'd save the grains for a later batch.
