Regular pour out of a stout faucet?

So, I'm working on a "Steampunk" kegerator out of a 1951 Coldspot fridge. Right now, it's just in the planning stages and I'm looking at hardware and pricing things out.

I like the look of stout faucets because they look like rockets. One listing mentions the agitator can be removed. Does that mean I can get a standard pour out of these? I have no plans to go with nitrogen right away, or even brew stouts very regularly. Just love the look and if I can convert one back for stouts some day, that might be helpful.
 
Yes. Many are actually listed as an Ale/Stout faucet.

You simple remove the pressure disc and the flow straightener and you have a basic faucet.
 
That's what I assumed. I'd only seen that mentioned in one online listing, so I wasn't sure if that was typical or not.

Still a bit away from this project. Fridge needs to be painted and reqired.
