10 lbs Grambinus pale
1 lbs carrared
8 oz flaked barley
4 oz crystal 45L
4 oz carafoam
4 oz biscuit malt
2 oz carafa III special


1 oz Chinook (homegrown) 60min
1 oz fuggles (homegrown) 15min

I get 75% efficiency so it should come out @ 5.5% ABV

am I being a little conservative with the specialty malts? I'll be using Nottingham yeast so it will finish quite dry.
