Recommendations for supermarket juice for TC

Hello

I'm intending on starting my first ever very basic TC on Saturday (or maybe Monday).

I don't want to do just apple juice so does anyone have any recommendations of supermarket juice to use?

In the ingredients what should I be avoiding?

I'm going to be using a demijohn for this and was told off the homebrew shop to go with champagne yeast.

So apart from the yeast and juice how much sugar should I add and do I really have to add anything else? I don't mind adding tea. Just read do much on TC I now can't find a basic recipe that's more than just apple juice!!

I've heard that grape flavors don't ferment well. Really its probably the concord grape juice.

Princes juice is on half price in Morrisons at the moment so hoping that'll be ok
